Self-paced learning and recovery tools at your own pace
Guided recovery with direct access to Pam
You don't have to talk to anyone before you're ready. You don't have to show up on a call or share your story out loud. You just need a safe place to learn what's actually happening to you, and tools you can pick up when you're ready to use them.
Next Right Step - Steady gives you self-paced courses built specifically for women navigating life after intimate betrayal. Not recycled advice from people who've read about it. Not a program designed for the person who hurt you and repackaged with your name on it. This is education built around what your body and mind are actually going through, rooted in betrayal trauma recovery and Couple-Centered Recovery® principles.
Topics include betrayal trauma, triggers, boundaries, cognitive distortions, and couple's recovery. New interactive courses are added every month. Everything is built around the path healing actually takes: safety and stability first, then grieving, then reconnecting, when you're ready.
You also get access to a private community of women doing the same work you're doing. It's not a venting space. It's not a place where partner-bashing passes for support. It's a community with firm boundaries that make it possible to actually breathe in there, share when you want to, and learn from women who understand without having to explain yourself.
Go at your own pace. Come back to a lesson when it finally clicks different than it did the first time. Use the tools when you need them, not on someone else's schedule.
If you ever want direct access to a coach, live group sessions, or private Q&A messaging, the Guided membership is there when you're ready. But Steady isn't a stepping stone. It's a solid place to stand while you figure out what comes next.
"I’ve done other support groups, seen CSATs, gone to counseling .. but this has by far been the best help that I have found. Pam has lived this trauma and really cares. She will share her story and what works and what hurts. I can not recommend her and this tribe of supportive woman who know this pain enough ! It’s a safe place with others who really understand and will tell you the truth. You will feel seen, heard, cared for, and valued. Do this for yourself – it is life changing."
- Kathleen T., Maryland, US
"Her kindness, support and education offered me not only a place to feel sane and safe when I felt so confused and alone— but also she gave me hope to improve. She did this by teaching me about boundaries, about what I deserved and reminded me I am my own person— and I get to do it in my own way and own time."
- Joan, Maine, US
"I now feel like a stronger individual because of her. I’ve learned stronger healthier boundaries, learned how to stay focused on my own personal growth, skills for helping my trauma states and just generally how to grow into a healthier person."
- J.B., British Columbia
"After 30 years of a whole lot of recovery programs, counselors and a plethora of money I gave up looking. That is until I found Pam and her Boundaries education and community. I now have others who understand, community support and solid answers for making and keeping boundaries...regardless of whether our loved one chooses recovery or not. And boundaries are great for friends and family too! INVALUABLE."
- Cathy C, Connecticut
