Momentum Boundaries
Momentum Boundaries recovery support is a private group available only to women who have already completed the Clarity and Peace with Boundaries education + coaching program.
Boundaries are one of the core skills in betrayal trauma recovery, and in healing from any infidelity, gaslighting, emotional neglect, or toxic communication.
Boundaries help you reclaim personal power and create the “Safety and Stability” that’s needed at the beginning—and throughout—the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model.
That sense of safety and autonomy is what allows your healing work to actually take root across every stage of recovery.
When we don’t feel safe, we don’t retain what we’re learning, and we don’t get to experience the fruit of our effort.
We need safety to mourn.
We need safety to reconnect.
Boundaries create that safety.

Two Zoom Coaching and peer support meetings per week (minimum 60 minutes) with sharing, education, Q&A, and troubleshooting around real-time boundary work and boundary utilization
At least one focused topic each month
Your monthly price will never increase as long as you remain subscribed. If you leave and rejoin later, you’ll rejoin at the current price at that time.
