My official bio:

I am a trauma-informed recovery coach, consultant, writer, and educator specializing in betrayal trauma and sex addiction recovery since 2017.

Like many in this field, my own journey began with my own personal experiences of betrayal trauma and the profound impact of addiction in my own family. These experiences fuel my passion for helping others heal aand rebuild their lives after betrayal.

I founded Recovered Peace, an educational platform offering online learning, coaching, and support groups for wives of sex and porn-addicted men. With a deep sensitivity to the trauma my clients have experienced, I am committed to empowering betrayed spouses to reclaim their voice, rebuild personal strength, and restore safety in their lives. I am committed to helping couples build a new foundation on which to process the past together, and create a new vision for a profoundly safe and connected, meaningful life together for themselves and their family.

My work emphasizes practical boundary-setting as a cornerstone for creating safety, reinforcing values, and fostering deeper relationships throughout the recovery process. I serve as the Director of Couples Care at Choose Connection Academy, a coaching community for couples working toward recovery using Dr. Jake Porter’s Couple-Centered Recovery® model.

Through Recovered Peace, I mentor and sponsor women aspiring to become trauma-informed coaches and group facilitators specializing in betrayal recovery.

As cofounder and cohost of the podcast Hope for Wives, I and my podcast colleagues provide faith-based insights and hope to those healing from sexual betrayal and infidelity. Ranking in the top 7% of most downloaded podcasts on Apple Podcasts, the show equips listeners with insights and encouragement for healing and recovery from the deep wounds of betrayal.

I've  been a featured speaker for organizations such as Helping Couples Heal, the Sarah Society, Room to Heal Sober Living, and APSATS Betrayal Recovery Radio.

My recovery education includes training with APSATS, the Gottman Institute, Door of Hope, Carol Sheets' Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM), and Dr. Jake Porter’s Couple-Centered Recovery.
